Subject: Hank is our Hero!
You are a hero to those of us who have had to fight (or try to avoid) these battles. I admire the
fact that you have kept all of your correspondences in a very diplomatic tone. I couldn't do it.
Twice I received letters from law firms threatening me with lawsuits without proving any facts. I
was not diplomatic in my replies. However, I sent these idiots a lot of case study information and
they both backed down. I'm amazed at how little the attorneys that write these letters know about
trademark law. I hope you can keep this site up forever so others can use it as a reference point
when needed. Hank, your tenacity is truly amazing. Keep fighting! In the end you will be victorious
and that stupid threatening attorney will be looking for another job. Please keep me posted about
any new developments. Thank you!!!!!
