Karen,
Are you aware of what is happening?
I have been following a story about your company, and I see no point of view
from your company. The stockholders want to know why this is going on.
This has to do with the attack that your lawyers have launched on a person who
was helping you!!!
After looking at this, realize your company is attacking the guy who set up
this nice community service that described and promoted your mall. Many
people dismiss the claim that he set up a "fan" site, but if you look at the
web archives of what actually was up, you will see it is true.
Now your company is getting dragged through the media mud simply because he
is trying to defend himself.

My suggestion is to tell the lawyers to swallow their pride and quit being
jerks. Tell them to stop, and have someone at your company contact Hank
about this. It would be that simple and the PR for getting lawyers out of
the picture would be GREAT!
